Felting

Felting is a fun and creative activity that changes airy and light wool strands into solid fabrics and forms. We’ll use a foam pad, a needle and wool roving (wool prepared for spinning) to do our felting. No experience necessary; materials are included.
On this date we’ll be felting an appliqué.
This program will also be offered on March 9th, felting an Easter egg.

Sister Monika Ellis
Sister Monika, a member of St. Placid Priory since 1971, is a spiritual director, musician and artist. She is an enthusiastic teacher who loves to pass on what she knows about craft.
