Hybrid: Lectio Divina Women’s Group at St. Placid Priory

Every Thursday at 6:30 PM, we gather at St. Placid Priory to pray with and reflect on the upcoming Sunday Gospel through Lectio Divina, a beautiful and simple way of praying with Scripture and allowing God’s Word to speak personally to our lives.

The best part? There’s no homework, no preparation, and no pressure to attend every week.

✨ Come when you can. Each gathering stands on its own, so you won’t feel lost if you miss a week.
📖 Bring the Sunday Gospel. We pray with the Gospel that will be proclaimed at Mass that coming Sunday.
🙏 Simply pray and listen. Lectio Divina invites us to slow down, immerse ourselves in Scripture, and listen for how God is speaking to us.
🤍 Share and connect. Our reflections naturally lead to rich, meaningful conversation and deeper friendship.
🌱 Grow together. What we pray with on Thursday often stays with us throughout the week and comes alive again when we hear the Gospel proclaimed at Sunday Mass.
