Silent Centering Prayer Retreat

This silent retreat is a rare opportunity for experienced practitioners to be with others committed to the contemplative path. Sustained by multiple periods of Centering Prayer and tapping into chant, lectio divina, and meditative walking, we intentionally create an environment that supports our continuing Centering Prayer practice.
We ask that participants have at least 6 months experience with Centering Prayer.
About the Facilitator
Bob Delastrada
Bob Delastrada is commissioned to present Centering Prayer by Contemplative Outreach. He graduated from the Christos Center for Spiritual Direction and Formation, and received the Master's degree in Theology and Spirituality from St. Catherine's College.
