Zoom: Exploring Spiritual Practices & Prayer Retreat

Throughout the day we will explore a wide variety of spiritual and contemplative practices. These sessions will delve into creative, generative, active and still processes. Participants will examine how to strengthen one’s relationship with God, a power greater than ourselves, and with others through discovery of new applications in our sacred lives.  Participants will investigate methods of sharing thoughts and feelings with exercises that benefit self and others.   Please join all who want to explore spiritual practices and prayer in innovative ways.
